Vico Nahmias worked in Athens as a psychotherapist. He was a N.L.P. and a Process Work practitioner having trained in England and the U.S.. He had also studied extensively with Manuel Schoch the Swiss mystic and therapist for more than 20 years at his "Tune in" Institute in Zurich.

He was first introduced to whirling when studying under Arnold Keyserling the Viennese philosopher and mystic who lead the shamanic studies of the "Kriterion Institute" in Vienna.

He had taught tai ji and chi gung for 20 years having trained with Kumar Bruce Frantzis and Dan Docherty among others.

For the past years he was active in producing writing and directing in the Greek theatre with more than 10 productions, the last one in May 2009 " Whirling and Rumi poetry".

He has written two books in Greek: "Jean Cocteau's eight monologues" and a "Small collection of Rumi poetry"
